Possible uses and use restrictions...
Funds may be used by the participating TRIO projects to establish partnerships and provide technical assistance to institutions, community-based organizations, or combinations of such institutions that serve low-income and first-generation college students but do not have a TRIO grant. Awards may be used to support the replication of effective TRIO practices, including the use of educational technology, business and community partnerships and K-12 collaborations, program evaluation and assessments of students outcomes, access, retention, and college completion and increased participation of underrepresented groups in graduate study.
